Delivery and Return
We have our own delivery team and vehicles. Our delivery partners receive frequent expert training and constant supervision to ensure our customers get their delivery on time with extra care.
Delivery is absolutely free for Colombo and its suburbs. Our outstation delivery charges starts at US $ 2 and it’s varies depending on the outstation delivery city.

We will deliver all stocked items within 2-3 working days. *
Exclusions apply. Deliveries are made Monday-Sunday between 9am and 18:30pm
We do deliver on weekends or public, bank and mercantile holidays. (Conditions Apply)
Order By 1pm Sri Lankan Time and we’ll Deliver Next Day(* Only Colombo and Suburb)
All of our deliveries are subject to stock availability and credit card authorization, and that you are available to accept the delivery.
We are happy to refund or exchange any product* returned within 7 days of purchase, as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If you need advice before you return an item please ring us on +94 702772292. Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse.
